New Attorneys Join Luper Neidenthal & Logan

Our firm is pleased to announce three new attorneys have recently joined the firm and bring a variety of experience in litigation, construction, business and transportation.

Douglas J. Segerman joins the firm as a shareholder and has been a trial lawyer in Columbus since 1996. Doug focuses his practice on business and construction litigation, non-compete agreements and creditor’s rights. Doug’s litigation practice includes a heavy focus on civil trial work, complex litigation and appellate work with emphasis on non-competition agreements, bankruptcy and general business and construction disputes related to residential condominiums and single family homes. Doug’s practice also includes insurance defense, personal injury, wrongful death and providing advice to clients on general business practices and disputes. James S. Savage is a trial lawyer in Columbus, Ohio and joins the firm as Of Counsel. He has represented business and construction clients in Central Ohio for three decades, and has served as local counsel for out of state law firms whose clients are in litigation here.  Mr. Savage also represents physicians in credentialing and business disputes and works as a mediator to help parties resolve disputes. Alex Karcher joins the firm as an associate attorney in the Transportation and Litigation practice groups.
