BIOGRAPHY
Amy Bostic is of counsel with the law firm of Luper Neidenthal & Logan, A Legal Professional Association. She is a member of the panel of Chapter 7 Trustees for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division, and focuses her practice on debtor and Chapter 7 Trustee representation, as well general business representation of debtor/creditor matters. She is an Adjunct Professor at Capital University Law School, teaching Secured Transactions Business Associations, Bankruptcy and Corporate Finance and Accounting. Ms. Bostic received her B.S. degree, with intermediate honors, from The Ohio State University and her J.D. degree, with honors, from Capital University Law School.
