Brett Renzenbrink is a business attorney and Director of New Ventures at Luper Neidenthal & Logan with sixteen years of experience advising entrepreneurs and investor groups on transactions involving capital, equity, and ownership. Brett focuses his practice on the full range of transactional matters that arise when companies form, grow, and take on investment — including entity formation and governance, equity financings, fund structuring, and general outside general counsel work for early- and growth-stage companies.

What distinguishes Brett’s practice is the depth of his experience on the business side of the table. He has personally operated and invested in multiple companies, served as an adjunct professor teaching entrepreneurship, worked as a published author, and spent the better part of a decade supporting venture ecosystem leaders through education and advisory work. That combination — practitioner, investor, educator, and counsel — gives Brett an unusually complete understanding of what entrepreneurs and venture investors actually face when capital, equity, and people are in motion.

Brett serves on the investment committee of the Ohio State Early Investor Network (OSEIN), has been involved at the board level in developing venture ecosystem infrastructure in Northwest Ohio, and serves as a fund adviser to eGateway Capital.
