Attorney Michael Gallagher and Luper, Neidenthal & Logan are pleased to help support the PLAY FOR 21 foundation by providing in-kind trademark legal services. Jeff and Jennifer Miller established the foundation in honor of their son, Tristan Miller, who was lost to suicide at the age of 17 in 2017. Tristan, who played basketball as No. 21 at Zane Trace High School in Chillicothe, was the subject of a lengthy article in the Chillicothe Gazette (read here). The foundation memorializes Tristan’s life by sponsoring various events designed to raise mental health awareness and prevent teen suicide.
Attorney Gallagher, whose wife, Pat Lysinger, was a victim of suicide in 2016, is providing trademark services on a pro-bono basis to the Foundation. (Learn more about the Foundation at www.playfor21.com here.)
