Super Lawyers selects attorney using a patented, safeguarded selection process, including peer nomination, evaluations and independent research. Each candidate is evaluated on 12 indicators of peer recognition and professional achievement. Lawyers must have attained certain honors or credentials, which indicate a high degree of professional competence or peer recognition as a specialist in a particular area of practice. The final published list represents no more than five percent of the lawyers in Ohio.
Logan is a shareholder of the firm. His practice includes bankruptcy, reorganization and creditors’ rights. He received his bachelor’s degree from Princeton University in 1968 and his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1974.
Luper is a founding member of Luper Neidenthal & Logan. His practice focuses on alternative dispute resolution, bankruptcy and reorganization, business litigation, creditors’ rights and collections. He received his bachelor’s degree from Cornell University in 1962, and his law degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 1965.
