Melissa is an Associate with LUPER NEIDENTHAL & LOGAN. She concentrates her practice in the areas of construction law, real estate, probate, business and
commercial litigation, creditors rights and employment law. She is skilled in dispute
resolution, often assisting her clients in resolving complex business disputes fairly
and efficiently. Melissa has been appointed by the U.S. District Court, Southern
District of Ohio, to serve as Special Master in foreclosure cases before that court.
She is a cum laude graduate of Tufts University (B.A. 1989) and Benjamin N. Cardozo
School of Law, Yeshiva University (J.D. 1993). When she is not practicing law, Melissa
enjoys tennis, yoga and spending time with her two sons. She resides in New Albany.
