Jeff is a Shareholder with LUPER NEIDENTHAL
& LOGAN having joined the
firm in 1980. He received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Cum
Laude, from The Ohio State University and his Juris Doctor, with Honors, from The
Ohio State University College of Law. Jeff’s diverse business law practice encompassing over 25 years has involved counsel to the firm’s business clients in
a multitude of areas including entity formation, contract negotiations and documentation,
tax planning, business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition,
he provides support to the firm’s business litigation group in complex business
litigation matters.
Jeff, who currently lives in the Arena District, is originally from Upper Arlington, a suburb of Columbus, where he was fortunate
to have been a member of the highly ranked high school golf team (as was Jack Nicklaus,
albeit not at the same time). In his spare time Jeff enjoys golf, snow skiing, travel,
and of course, The Ohio State University Buckeyes.
