Fred is a founding member of LUPER NEIDENTHAL & LOGAN and currently serves
on the firm’s Executive Committee. Originally from Columbus, Fred graduated
from Cornell University and returned to his home town to go to law school and form
his own firm.
Fred has been doing Bankruptcy Trustee work since 1964 and became
a member of the Chapter 7 Trustee Panel at its inception in 1978 with the passage
of the Bankruptcy Reform Act of 1978. He
served as a Chapter 11 Trustee for the
Bankruptcy Court to run the liquidation of a public company and recovered over a
100% dividend for the company creditors. Fred
was appointed to be a Receiver
for a federal court to oversee a high profile case involving the fraudulent sale
of viaticals. In addition to his active bankruptcy practice, Fred handles commercial litigation. He shares the record malpractice verdict in Allen County, Ohio, and has had two $4,000,000+ malpractice settlements. Fred lives with his wife Carol
in the Columbus area where they enjoy spending time with their children and grandchildren.
