Amy is "of counsel" with the law firm of LUPER NEIDENTHAL & LOGAN. She
focuses her practice on debtor, creditor and creditors’ committee, secured creditors,
debtors and fiduciaries in Chapter 11 corporate reorganizations, out of court work-outs,
general commercial law transactions, loan restructures and fiduciary representation.
Ms. Bostic is the Chapter 7 panel trustee in the Columbus Division of the Bankruptcy
Court in the Southern District of Ohio.
