LNL Double Sided Copying Policy: Think Before you Print!

LNL has implemented a double sided copy/print policy. This means that we require that all employees use the 2-sided print option that is available on all of our copiers, and many of our printers, for all copy or print jobs that do not require single-side printing. We are not only mandating that employees (attorneys and staff members) use double sided copying for clients when possible, but also for all internal reporting and any other work as well.

This was a difficult change for many employees but necessary to accomplish our goal of becoming a more sustainable and efficient operation. LNL’s “think before you print” initiative is helping the firm’s ongoing waste reduction strategies and our goal is to reduce paper waste and expense by nearly one-half.
